Certifications

All the companies that are part of Dehesa El Milagro are certified in each and every one of the stages of production and distribution. Thus, our products are certified from their very production stage to their selling in the retail points.

SOHISCERT, authorized control organization, has certified the production processes developed in the farm in Toledo.

Once our products leave the farm and enter the circuits of the agri-food industry, each of them is certified by different organizations:

  • EU CERTIFICATION OF ORGANIC FARMING.

  • SOHISCERT: Beef slaughterhouse.

  • CAAE: Beef and sheep cutting room.

  • CAEX: Slaughterhouse and poultry cutting room.

  • CAEM: Madrid Workshop. Including food transformation, packaging and order preparation.

All these processes are endorsed by different authorized control bodies and they add value, safety and quality to everything we do for our clients.
