Fruit Trees

The fruit trees form a unique set, planted on ridges, drawing a contour of lines that make the grooves form unique spaces with a continuous prairie alongside them.

These streets retain the water giving alternatives for the production of green grass. They also increase that production so it can be used to feed our birds. We have installed mobile chicken coops in the streets of the plantations, so the chickens control the plant growth in the meadows of the different areas when they are rotated.

It is either the capons or the chickens, depending on the season, which provide the fruit trees with a large amount of organic matter that is incorporated into the soil after the humification process. That organic matter helps to the subsequent mineralization of the soil, generating abundant nutrients for the fruit trees.

On the other hand, the prairies in the streets provide the chickens with a feeding base that makes their meat much tastier with a very special texture and of a high quality. Birds take advantage of a whole set of different species. There are many studies that support that those plant nutrients are used and assimilated by birds and that they are transferred to its meat, increasing its quality.

We love cooking. It is our passion.
