The Workshop

We like cooking, as the extensive Recipe Book on our website proves. For this reason and following our ambition of achieving excellence and bringing our products from the origin to the customer’s fork, we set up our Workshop in Madrid.

It is directed by our chef Marta Alcalá, who graduated from the Basque Culinary Center. We have the ecological certification that guarantees all the processes stick to our philosophy.

Elaborated

A good raw material is useless if it is not treated with the proper care in its transformation. Homemade recipes, taking care for their nutritional and taste balance and with all their certified organic ingredients, without any additives or preservatives, and a total absence of traces of synthetic chemicals.

Our star product is the Christmas capon, the only certified organic in the Spanish market, which also was the pioneer product of our workshop. It is the best example of our philosophy “From the Farm to the Fork”: we raise the birds with care and respecting its natural pace of growth, and then Marta and her team precook them following a traditional Christmas recipe. A guaranteed success at the family table on such an important date.
